Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

If the item you have ordered isnt right you have 14 days to return the item, please email us at laura@laura-love.co.uk to arrange a return. As soon as we receive your item back they will be inspected and a refund issued. Your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please make sure items are returned with the original tags etc.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Items

If the item you have ordered is faulty please send us an email as soon as you receive the item and we will give you the return address. Once the item has been returned we will inspect it and a replacement or full refund will be given.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should email laura@laura-love.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
